The Gorgeous Glover Girls...

I love it when families are excited about their shoot: clothes have been carefully chosen, a plan has been made to keep little ones occupied... and these gorgeous girls even came ready with creative ideas and some seriously great props: I loved it! And to top all of that off, the sun broke through the weekend's clouds to give us the most beautiful golden light - and then disappeared again soon after we were done.
Shoots like this one simply reinforce my feelings that photographing families is such a blessing; being able to capture something of the essence of each personality and the way each person fits, is so very, very special.  Thank you Glover Family for allowing me to spend a fun afternoon with you.

Location: Kleineroosboom Wine Farm, Durbanville.

Coming Soon: Baby Watson #2

Baby Watson #2 is almost a week away and we can't wait to meet her! Mum and Dad are keeping her name under wraps for the moment... but give it another day (or six) and hopefully I will be announcing that soon too! Woohoo!! Can't wait xx And in the meantime, we have Big Sis Zoe keeping things fun and colourful - don't you just love her tutu??

Mister Christopher turns One

I cannot believe this little man is already ONE!! It seems like just the other day that we were doing his Newborn Shoot where he fit onto the length of his Dad's arm... I was so blessed to spend the afternoon with his family, celebrating this milestone; I love unscripted, unposed shoots - its like capturing the hearts of people in the most natural way possible.  So very special...
